Order confirmation
An order is not confirmed merely by completing the website form. It is confirmed only after VIRUSHA'S PANTRY accepts the order and confirms availability and collection details on WhatsApp.
Pricing
The advertised price is R60 per dozen for the four listed flavours. Any special request should be confirmed before finalising the order.
Collection
Collection is in Bromhof, Randburg, by arrangement. Customers should collect at the agreed time and follow the collection instructions supplied directly.
Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations should be discussed as soon as possible on WhatsApp. No fixed cancellation window is published on the advertisement, so the applicable arrangement must be confirmed for each order.
Ingredients and allergens
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements must ask for ingredient and cross-contact information before ordering. The website does not provide a complete allergen declaration.
Website estimates
The order calculator provides an estimate based on the selected number of dozens at R60 each. The WhatsApp confirmation remains the final record of the accepted order.
